Q. Who are Holiday Island Lets?
A. Holiday Island Lets are a holiday property promotion company based in Tenerife.

 

Q. What do you do?
A. We promote privately owned golf properties in Tenerife and other self catering holiday accommodation throughout the Canary Islands.

 

Q. How do I make an enquiry?
A. Each property has a phone number and / or enquiry form.

 

Q. Who receives the enquiry form?
A. It depends on the advertiser. Some advertisers choose for us to handle your initial enquiry while others are sent directly to the owner and a copy to Holiday Island Lets. In the case of Golf properties, Holiday Island Lets receives the enquiry.  Under no circumstances will your personal details be used by us or passed to a third party for marketing purposes.

 

Q. With Golf properties, why do you receive the enquiry?
A. This allows us to deal with your accommodation enquiry immediately and also deal with any specific requests regarding Tee times or car hire.

 

Q. How do I make a booking?
A. When you make an enquiry, you will be advised whether your chosen dates are available.  If you wish to proceed with a booking, you will receive instructions on how to pay the deposit to secure your booking. Once your deposit has been received, you will receive confirmation of your booking from the owner.

 

Q. Who do I pay the deposit to?
A. You pay the deposit directly to the owner of the property.

 

Q. When do I pay the balance?
A. Normally the balance is due 6 – 8 weeks before your arrival, however, some owners are happy to accept cash on arrival. In the case of last minute bookings, full payment is normally due at the time of booking. 

 

Q. How do I book my tee times?
A. Let us know when completing the enquiry form or when contacting us by phone, and we will do our very best to assist in this matter.

 

Q. Will it cost more to book my Tee times in advance?
A. No.
