The townhouse is beautifully presented and very well equipped for a self catering holiday and can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. The accommodation comprises of a modern fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and views across the complex and horizon, the lounge has a double sofa bed, seating and dining for 6, TV, DVD player and doors leading to a beautiful balcony with patio furniture, pool and mountain views, perfect for relaxing and dining alfresco after a day on the golf course!
The master bedroom has a double bed, built in furniture with plenty of storage and the second bedroom has twin beds, plenty of storage and en-suite bathroom. There is an additional bathroom adjacent to the master bedroom and a further separate WC.
The owners of this luxurious townhouse have paid particular attention to child safety by installing a lockable gate on the rear patio and safety gates on the top and bottom of the interior stairs. A cot and highchair are available on request (in this instance the property can accommodate 7 persons)
Outdoors the property has a private gardens front and rear and a BBQ. Guests can make use of the three communal pools, including children’s pool and games area. The complex is very well maintained with beautiful gardens and sunbathing terraces.

Golf del Sur is approximately 15 minutes drive away from the Airport. Taxi’s are available from just outside the arrivals terminal.
Bed linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

Golf del Sur is a lovely peaceful resort, the commercial centre (San Blas) has plenty of shops, restaurants and bars with nightly entertainment.
Los Cristianos is approx 10 mins away by car or Playa de las Americas approx 15 mins by car.
