The apartment is situated on a well maintained modern complex with on-site facilities including 2 swimming pools, sunbathing terrace with sun beds and pool bar. Los Cristianos town centre is only a 20 minute stroll or short taxi ride away. Within the immediate vicinity there are supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
The apartment is bright, airy and tastefully furnished. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped for a self catering holiday and includes full oven, hob, microwave and toaster. The lounge has sofa, armchair, TV, Hi-Fi and patio doors giving access to a large sunny terrace that has sea views and is furnished with table, chairs and sun beds. The bedroom has two single beds and the bathroom has shower over bath. Ceiling fans are fitted to lounge and bedroom. There is also a safe in the apartment.
