This lovely 1 bedroom villa is one of two villas situated on a Finca of 2,000 metres amongst vineyards, fruit trees and tropical flowers, in the much sought after location of Araya, close to the beautiful seaside town of Candelaria on the south east coast of Tenerife and only 20 minutes drive away from Reina Sofia Airport in the South.

The villa is very well presented and can comfortably sleep 4 people. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering and the comfortable lounge is perfect for relaxing and winding down. The private terrace faces inland towards the orange trees and grapevine and provides the perfect setting for dining alfresco and soaking up the sun. The bedroom has breathtaking views of the sea and vineyard. A gentle stroll through the vineyard will lead you to the large pool area with sun bathing terrace.
The finca lies just 100m above sea level in a valley between two mountains and is known as El Hornito, The Little Oven. The nearby town of Candelaria famous for its beautiful church and spectacular fiestas is only 4 minutes drive away where you will find plenty of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The town has a calm atmosphere even when busy, there is a lovely promenade to stroll along and the open air cafes offer the perfect place to relax with a refreshing drink while watching the world go by! There is a swimming pool complex with children’s pool and café, costs around 4€ per day.
The local bus passes the entrance to the finca and there are restaurants in the local area.
