The property:
This lovely apartment is beautifully furnished and well equipped for a self catering holiday. The kitchen has kettle, fridge, oven, hob, extractor hood and ample cooking and serving utensils for a party of four persons.
The living area has a breakfast bar, dining seating for four, double sofa bed, armchairs, TV, video player, music centre and a selection of books, tapes and indoor games for your enjoyment, double patio doors lead out onto the balcony. There is additional wardrobe and drawer space.
The bedroom has a double bed, bedside cabinets, plenty of drawers, mirror fronted built in wardrobes with plenty of coat-hangers. Louver shutters with mosquito nets allow you to maintain your privacy and leave the sash windows open for air circulation.
The bathroom is equipped with a hand basin, large mirror and shaver point, WC, bidet, bath with shower over and plenty of space for toiletries etc.
The balcony which is west facing so captures the afternoon and evening sun is furnished and includes a gas BBQ and has views over the golf course and mountains.
Both the bedroom and living room have ceiling fans for comfort. There is also an electric heater, iron and ironing board should you need it.
Bed linen, kitchen and bathroom towels are provided. Access to the apartment is via either the lift or stairs.
The complex / local area:
Parque Albatros is a quiet, attractive low rise holiday complex which lies on a hillside on the west edge of Golf del Sur and is only a few minutes from the airport by taxi. The complex is very well maintained with lush tropical gardens, meandering pathways, a cascading waterfall, lagoon style swimming pool with sun deck, separate children’s pool, (lifeguard on duty during pool hours), terrace bar, restaurant and shaded children’s play area.
For your convenience there is also a small supermarket, car hire office, currency exchange and launderette within the complex. There are several other supermarkets and restaurants within the local vicinity. The complex is only a short stroll away from the golf club and about 15 minutes away from the small commercial centre that has a selection of shops, bars and restaurants
Notes:
Maximum 4 persons staying. An arrangement with another apartment owner gives the option of additional or optional accommodation in a similar apartment nearby.
Bookings are normally Friday to Friday, other periods can be accommodated by arrangement. For stays longer than one week, additional sets of towels and bed linen can be provided. Additional cleaning arrangements can be made if required but will be charged to you by the cleaning company on a cash basis. Keys are posted to UK clients, other arrangements can be made.
Booking Conditions:
When making a booking more than 12 weeks prior to departure, a deposit of £75 per week is required. When making a booking less than 12 weeks prior to the departure date, payment in full is required at the time of booking. The balance in full must be paid no later than 8 weeks before departure. In the event of payment not being received in full by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. There is an additional charge of £10.00 per person per linen set. As this is a privately owned apartment, you will be provided with keys for the front door for which we will require an additional £25 deposit (UK mainland, £75/100 Euros elsewhere) — it will be refunded when the keys are returned to us. If the keys are lost or not returned for any reason, the deposit will be withheld and used towards changing the locks. We require written advice of the cancellation of a booking. The deposit of £75 per week will be returned provided a minimum of 12 weeks notice is given in writing. We strongly recommend that you take out comprehensive holiday insurance.
