Mare Verde, is situated in the exclusive area of Torviscas in Las Americas, and is one of the most popular British resorts in Tenerife. On-site facilities include a large central pool containing 5 stepped pools connected by means of a water slide and waterfalls. Additionally, there is a large pool for serious swimmers and a toddlers' pool. There is also a restaurant and poolside snack/cocktail bar on-site. Within the local area there are numerous shops, bars and restaurants, a market is held every Thursdays and Saturdays in Fañabe and the exclusive shopping centre ‘Plaza del Duque’ is within walking distance of the complex.
The apartment can comfortably sleep 3 people and has been tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard and situated in a nice quiet part of the complex. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes, microwave, hob and fridge. In the living area there is a sofa bed, TV, 2 single beds, wardrobes and ceiling fan and access to a small balcony. The bathroom has a large walk in shower. There is also a safe in the apartment.
Local Activities include: Water sports, dolphin and whale watching, fishing excursions, quad bikes, bike hire, crazy golf go-karting, golf within 10 minutes drive away. Coach excursions are available to Mount Teide, Loro Parque plus much more.
Local Attractions include: Siam Park, Jungle Park, Aqualand, Monkey Park.
Getting there: Torviscas is about 25 minutes from Reina Sofia airport in the south. There are always plenty of taxi’s at the airport and will cost around 25 €. Car hire is available in the arrivals area.
