The property:
This 2 bedroom apartment is spacious, bright and airy and occupies a top floor position within the complex. The accommodation comprises of an open plan lounge, kitchen / diner which is well equipped for a self catering holiday. The kitchen has electric hob with a microwave grill, an electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge with ice box and ample cooking / serving utensils. The lounge area has a comfy leather suite, TV, DVD player, CD player with radio and cassette and there are two free standing fans to keep you cool. There is a selection of DVD, CDs, books and games for your entertainment. Both bedrooms have twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a safe for your valuables. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a wash basin, bath, shower, toilet and bidet. The spacious terrace has a pool view, magnificent sea views and is furnished with table, chairs, parasol and sun loungers. Bed linen and towels are supplied. Beach towels are not supplied.

The apartment is situated on a very attractive complex which has a central location in Puerto del Carmen. There are large communal pools and beautiful gardens that are well maintained. Due to the location, it is not necessary to hire a car. The beach, shops and nightlife are only 5 minutes walk from the complex.
