The property:
This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment is located in Lago Verde, one of the best managed complexes on Lanzarote. The apartment which comfortably sleeps 4, is at street level with just two steps down to enter and has recently been refurbished with new tiling and furniture.
The kitchen is very well equipped for a self catering holiday and includes kettle, coffee maker, toaster, oven/grill, smooth top stove with four rings, microwave, and a good sized fridge. There are wine glasses, plates and utensils for six.
The large living room has a sofa and love seat, Sky 'Free to Air' TV package, with multiple English Channels, including ITV, Channel 4, Fiver, Movies4Men, EuroSport, BBC News, CNN, etc. Bring your own Sky Card if you want to see movies and sports. There is also a DVD player and a radio/CD player which will play mp3 CD's. The dining area has a table and four chairs.
There are two good-sized bedrooms, one with a queen size bed the other with twin beds which can be pushed together to make a king size bed. Each bedroom has a large wardrobe, dressing table and bedside tables. You will also find an iron and ironing board.
The bathroom has a full size shower, a toilet, and sink. The large terrace is south facing with views of the old town, Atlantic Ocean and the mountains and is furnished with table, chairs and two sun-loungers. Approx. 30% of the terrace is covered so you can get out of the sun if required.
The apartment also benefits from high speed internet (so you can bring your own laptop) and a telephone for making local calls only (great when using phone cards).
The complex / local area:
The Lago Verde is a quiet complex built on the hillside above Puerto del Carman with uninterrupted views of the ocean, the old town with its harbour and the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura and is just a short walk to the beaches, shopping, fine dining and tourist attractions.
The complex is very well managed and maintained to a high standard and offers a heated swimming pool, sun-loungers, pool side bar, and a reception where you can hire a safe, rent a car, book island tours and exchange money. There is an on-site laundry room that guests are welcome to use.
The village of Puerto del Carmen is only a few minutes walk away where you will find a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. The beach is approx. ten minutes walk and the main resort and beach is a further 5 minutes away, where you will find many bars, nightclubs and various entertainment.
Pick up points are nearby for tourist attractions, including the Volcanoes National Park (Timanfaya), Mirador del Rio, Cesar Manrique Foundation, Teguise Sunday market, Jameos del Agua plus much more.
Notes:
Changeover day is Thursday. Suitable for elderly or infirm, children welcome, long term renters welcome, strictly no smoking, sorry no pets allowed. Not suitable for groups of singles.
To provide the cleaners with adequate time, we need clients to vacate the apartment by 10am. You can store suitcases in reception until your cab arrives. For arriving clients, you can have access after 4pm. Please don't forget to return the key to the holder in the hallway.

We require full payment at the time of your reservation. Due to the complexity of international money transfers, we only accept payment by credit card.
In the event of cancellation, owner will be happy to provide a refund, based how much notice is provided.
