The property:
This spacious ground floor apartment has two bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 4 persons. The kitchen is equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dining table and ample accessories for a self catering holiday.
The open plan living area has comfortable seating, TV / video player, a selection of video tapes and there is also a video rental shop in the local vicinity. French doors open onto a spacious terrace with patio furniture and a sea view.
There are two large bedrooms, one with double bed and the other has two single beds. An additional child can be accommodated using a folding bed and a cot can be hired upon request. The bathroom has wash basin, WC and shower.
The complex / local area:
Agua Brava is a small complex comprising of 22 apartments set amongst beautifully maintained gardens, a large swimming pool and sun bathing terraces.
Situated in the old town of Puerto del Carmen, the complex is just 15 minutes journey from the airport by car / taxi, 10 minutes walk to the harbour and 15 minutes walk to the main beach where you will find a selection of shops, bars and restaurants.
There are also restaurants, shops and a supermarket within 5 minutes walk of the apartment. Agua Brava is the ideal base from which to explore Lanzarote further.
There is a wide variety of coach and boat excursions, or if you want to explore the island in your own time, there are plenty of car hire agencies.
Notes:
Prices are for the apartment per week based on 2 people sharing and include electricity, water, bed linen, towels and a safe (please bring your own beach/pool towels). A baby’s cot or folding bed for an extra child may be hired at £20.00 per week.
Booking Conditions:
A deposit of one third the total rental price is required to confirm your booking. The balance is payable two months before the holiday start date. For bookings made within two months of the holiday, the total rent is payable.
