The property:
This lovely apartment comfortably sleeps 4 and has everything required for a self catering holiday. The fitted kitchen / diner comprises a fridge, microwave, oven, grill hob, kettle, toaster, cafetiere and plenty of cooking / serving utensils. A picnic set and cooler bag are also provided for your days out.
The spacious living area has two twin sofa beds, additional wardrobe space, TV with English channels, DVD player, CD player and a small selection of DVDs, CDs, board games, playing cards, sewing kit and books for your entertainment.
The bathroom has two hand basins, bath with shower over and WC. There is also an ironing board, iron, hairdryer and safe provided for your use.
Electric fans are provided for use in the lounge and bedroom and heaters are provided for the cooler winter evenings. A smoke detector, fire blanket, fire extinguisher & first-aid kit are also provided for your safety and comfort. A travel cot is also available if required.
Outdoors there is a lovely terrace with beautiful sea views, patio furniture, sun beds and a parasol. Linen and towels are provided (please bring beach towels).
The complex / local area:
Las Coronas has a sea front position and is only about 250 metres away from the beach at Playa Bastian, accessible via a private gate leading to the beautiful promenade which provides a lovely stroll to the resorts larger beaches.
The complex has two swimming pools including a children’s pool and one paddling pool (no lifeguard). There are sun beds around the pool and large terrace areas. The pool bar has TV showing most UK football matches, this is a restaurant, sports café and tennis court within the complex. There are tennis rackets and a key to the tennis court in the apartment. The apartment is only 50 metres away from the supermarkets, bars and restaurant.
Evening entertainment is largely centred around local bars and restaurants. More lively nightlife can be found 15 mins walk in the Playa del Jablillo and Las Cucharus areas of Costa Teguise (Approx € 2 by taxi).
Lanzarote's only golf course is approx 2km and a water park is 20 mins walk.Local bus services run near the complex servicing the island. Arrecife, the capital of Lanzarote is approx 5km from Las Coronas.
Notes:
Changeover day is Thursday. We will consider other changeover days depending on availability and date of travel, however weekends will attract an additional £35 to cover premium rate cleaning costs. The apartment is available from 16:00 on arrival day. Guests are asked to vacate the apartment by 10:00 on departure day. Highchairs and Cots are available for hire.
