The property:
The apartment is well presented in this quiet hillside location at Playa del Cura and is 10 minutes drive away from the large resort of Puerto Rico and about 20 minutes from the beautiful resort of Mogan.
The kitchen is well equipped to include hob/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster, juice maker and plenty of pot / pans and utensils etc for a self catering holiday.
The living area has a double sofa bed, 32” TV, DVD player and CD / radio / cassette player and sliding patio doors leading out on to the large sunny balcony with large sun canopy. The balcony is furnished with sun loungers, table and chairs, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the views over a glass of wine. There is also a selection of DVDs and CDs for your entertainment.
The bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables and fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is fitted with hand basin, toilet, shower and washing machine. There is a telephone, iron and ironing board for your use and towels and bed linen are provided. The apartment has air conditioning to keep you cool and heating to keep you warm should you need it.
The complex / local area:
The complex, situated on a hillside in a quiet location has 4 communal swimming pools, tennis court, squash court, pool bar and Wi-Fi is available at reception.
There is ample car parking space if you intend to hire and car and outdoor areas are well lit. Within the local vicinity there is the Bistro restaurant (highly recommended), Ben’s Karaoke bar and a large supermarket, all within a few minutes walk. At the bottom of the hill you will find a bus stop where you can get a bus to the wonderful Amadores beach or into the town. A bus ride to Puerto Rico will cost around €1.10. Get a taxi back to avoid walking up the hill as it is steep.
Las Palmas is well worth a visit and takes about 40 minutes by car. For golf enthusiast there is an 18 hole par 3 golf course with Driving Range approx. 5 mins away by car in Anfi Tauro. It's a beautiful course and not to expensive.
Notes:
The apartment isn’t adapted for wheelchairs and due to the hilly location may not be suitable for the elderly or people with walking difficulties. There is a weekly linen and towel change for bookings of more than 1 week. This is a non smoking apartment.
Booking conditions:
Deposit of 30% is required to secure the booking. This is non-refundable unless apartment subsequently let. Balance plus security deposit of 200 euro payable 8 weeks before arrival date. The security deposit will be refunded 10 days after holiday ends when confirmation received from our agent and key returned. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer. Check-in time 3pm. Departure time 10am.
