The Property:
This beautiful 2 bedroom luxury apartment in Corralejo is well equipped, very versatile and has been adapted for disabled access. The kitchen is fitted with a full oven and 4 ring ceramic hob, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, ironing board, iron, pots, pans, casserole dishes, plates, cutlery, there’s even a cork screw to open that first bottle of wine! A coffee percolator is also supplied for that extra continental feel. To ensure your days on the beach are ideal we even supply a cool bag and frozen ice packs!
The living room has 3 seater and 2 seater leather sofas for relaxing, dining table and seating for 4, a flat screen TV, DVD player, CD player with radio and a docking station for your ipod player.
Bedroom one has two full size single beds, a radio alarm clock, chest of drawers and double wardrobe. Bedroom two has a king size bed, a radio alarm, portable TV, a safe to secure your belongings and as this is the master bedroom we have also supplied curling tongs, a hairdryer and straighteners.
The Bathroom is like a wet room effect. It has a foldaway seat to ease showering for disabled or elderly guests. It also contains a washing machine.
The patio area is a good size for relaxing on and toping up the tan and is furnished with 4 patio chairs, a table, sun umbrella and 4 sun loungers, all with comfy seat cushions.
The living room and both bedrooms have ceiling fans to keep you cool and the bedroom windows have been fitted with mosquito nets to stop any unwelcome pests while you sleep! A set of scales has also been supplied for you to weigh your luggage!
The complex / local area:
The Oasis Royal is a small complex of privately owned apartments, set amongst beautiful gardens and four swimming pools. The complex is ideally located for a car free (and care free!) holiday. The beaches in Corralejo are only a 5 minute walk away and the famous sand dunes 3 minutes away by bus or taxi. Baku Water Park and the Baku Euro Park (Animal Experience) are only a few minutes from the apartment, and are a great day out for kids of all ages! There are many bars and restaurants only a short walk away from the complex. Guests are also welcome to use the facilities at the neighbouring complex of Oasis Dunas.
Notes:
We also supply a small welcome pack that includes 5 litres of bottled water, Coffee, Tea, Milk and Sugar these are all included in the price we quote you. You will receive a set of towels that will be changed mid-week, we also supply one set of beach towels. Bedding will be changed mid holiday for stays longer than 10 days!
We like to pride ourselves that the price you see is the price you pay. The following information is correct from August 2008. The price also includes all electricity, water, safe, bed linen, towels, Sat TV.
As this apartment is new to the market we have set the following prices as an introductory offer for the first year. A price review will happen 31st August 2009. A minimum 5 night stay is required.

For peak times please add (from) 10.00 Euros per Day. Part peak time bookings will be calculated accordingly.
Booking conditions:
30% deposit to confirm booking. Balance payable 6 weeks before arrival. The rest of the conditions are available on request.
