The Property:
The apartment is well equipped for a self catering holiday. The kitchen is fitted with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and ample cooking / serving utensils. The living room has seating and dining for 4, TV, DVD players, CD player and a selection of DVDs, CDs and board games, two pairs of double doors lead out on to the balcony which has a table and three chairs.
Bedroom one has 2 twin beds, wardrobes, bedside tables and double doors leading to a 6sqm balcony. Bedroom two has 2 twin beds, wardrobes and bedside tables. The bathroom has wash basin, bath / shower, WC and bidet, there is also a washing machine and ironing board. The apartment also has a private roof terrace of 80sqm with 4 sun loungers, table and 6 chairs, parasol, outdoor shower and barbecue.
The Complex / The local area:
El Cotillo is a quiet fishing village with two harbours which is located about 40 minutes from the airport. The main attractions are the beautiful beaches; to the north, the beaches are calm with a series of lagoons which are ideal for swimming, the beaches to the south are wet and wild, and suitable for water sports enthusiasts, but please remember to observe the lifeguards flags.
There are a small number of very good restaurants and bars along with well stocked supermarkets and a couple of bakeries, where you can buy freshly baked bread and rolls early in the morning.
Car hire is very reasonable on the island and is recommended from the airport.
Enjoy a “sundowner” at the old harbour, while watching the sunset. Mother Nature can provide the most spectacular of shows at this location. When the sun has set, ramble off for dinner to one of the many fine restaurants!
