The property:
This apartment is fully equipped with everything you will need for a self catering holiday. The kitchen is fitted to include hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and plenty of cooking / serving utensils. To the rear of the kitchen is a small outdoor area with washing machine. The lounge has a double sofa bed, TV, DVD player and doors leading to a sunny terrace which is also furnished and perfect for dining alfresco. There is also a downstairs bathroom with toilet and wash basin. Upstairs, there is one bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, pedestal fan and patio doors leading to a second beautiful sunny terrace. The bathroom has bath/shower, toilet, wash basin and mirror. The apartment also contains iron, ironing board, linen, towels, pillows, bedding and a Safe.
The Complex / The local area:
Situated in an ideal location, the apartment is just a couple of minutes' walk to the coastline, the safe sandy beach and to shops, bars and nightlife. There is a late night supermarket across the road and a free bus service that picks up outside the complex to take you to the large shopping arcade and golf course.
The complex is approx 10 minutes drive from the airport (about 10 Euros in a taxi). Hire cars can be obtained locally although are not needed around the resort. Should you wish to travel further a field the bus service is extremely reliable. Local activities include Scuba diving, windsurfing and sea bound excursions.

Once we have confirmed your booking a 50% non refundable deposit is required. Full payment is due one month prior to departure along with £50 returnable security deposit.
