How much does it cost to advertise my property?
The cost is 200 GBP per year.
Why is it much cheaper to advertise with you, compared to other holiday rental websites?
We have been involved in Internet Marketing since 1990 and have a small dedicated team of in-house professionals who deal with every aspect of our business. This helps to keep our overall costs to a minimum which means we can offer lower advertising rates.
Why don't you have an availability calendar for the ads?
Availability calendars are only useful if they are kept up to date. Experience has shown us that many advertisers don't keep availability calendars updated on a regular basis. Not having an availability calendar gives you, the advertiser more opportunity to establish contact with an enquirer and agree a mutually acceptable rental period.
Is there a minimum time to advertise my property?
Yes, 12 months from the entry date which is the date your advert appears on the site.
Do I get a reduction if advertising more than one property?
Yes, please contact us to discuss.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Bank transfer to account in either UK or Spain, Paypal, Cash. (We accept payment in either GBP, USD or Euro)
When do I pay?
At the time of ordering you will have the option to pay by credit or debit card.

We carefully target our advertising and PR at discerning holiday makers who seek to rent properties in the Canary Islands. We invest in Google advertising and search engine optimization – all of which ensure that we appear high in the search rankings.

How do you create an advert?
Fill in the form on our web site and we take care of the rest.
What photos should I send?
Please submit up to 12 photographs, which show your property at its best!
How should my photos be configured?
We need your photos in JPEG, GIF or PNG format.
How can amendments be made to my advert?
Simply e-mail us with your unique property reference and any amendments -we will do the rest for you! This method provides a high level of security for the website and data held on our servers.
